Can my stylists see my client list?

Only if you let them. Everyone sees the whole calendar — who is booked, for what, and when — and stylists can book or move appointments. What they see about the client is your setting: Everything, Their own jobs, or Schedule only. Salons default to Schedule only: service, time and the client’s name, never the phone number or notes, and no client list. This was built for a salon owner whose stylists were leaving with the book. Change it any time in Settings → Team.

Can each stylist have their own prices and appointment times?

Yes. Set a price or a duration per stylist on any service — your senior stylist at $60 and 45 minutes while the salon default is $45 and an hour. The AI quotes it by name on the phone and in DMs, your booking page shows it on that stylist’s chip, and the calendar holds the right amount of time. Packages like cut + color work the same way.

What if a client asks for “the owner” or “the colorist” instead of a name?

The AI understands titles in the client’s language — the owner, the colorist, 원장님, la dueña — and books with the right person. If that person doesn’t take appointments, it says so and offers the stylists who do, by name. You choose who can be booked; a receptionist or assistant can stay on the schedule without ever being given a client.
