AI Assistant Terms & Disclosures

For customers who call, text, or message a business that uses Manyger's AI assistant. Last updated: June 6, 2026.

1. You're talking to an AI assistant

The business you contacted ("the Business") uses an automated, AI-powered virtual assistant ("the Assistant"), provided through Manyger, to help answer questions, take messages, schedule appointments, and process orders by phone, SMS, and social messaging. The Assistant is not a human and does not provide professional advice. By continuing to interact with the Assistant, you acknowledge these terms.

2. Information is provided for convenience and is not binding

Prices, availability, hours, wait times, menu or service details, and any estimates or quotes the Assistant shares are provided for general convenience and may be preliminary, approximate, or out of date. They are not a binding offer, quote, or contract. Any appointment, reservation, or order you place through the Assistant is a request; it is subject to confirmation by the Business, and final pricing, availability, and terms are set and confirmed by the Business directly.

3. Verify anything important — no guarantees

The Assistant may be incomplete or mistaken. Please verify any detail that matters — especially allergen, ingredient, dietary, health, safety, licensing, deadline, or insurance-related information — directly with the Business before relying on it. The Business and Manyger make no guarantee that information provided by the Assistant is accurate, complete, or current, and the Assistant cannot guarantee that any product or service is free of allergens or suitable for a specific medical or dietary need.

4. The Assistant can make mistakes

Automated systems may mishear, misunderstand, mis-transcribe, or record information incorrectly, including names, phone numbers, addresses, times, and order details. When you receive a confirmation (for example, a text confirming an appointment time or order), please review it and let the Business know right away if anything is wrong. Do not assume a request is final until the Business confirms it.

5. Consent to AI processing (and recording where applicable)

By continuing to speak or message with the Assistant, you consent to your communications being processed by AI — and, where applicable, recorded and transcribed — so the Business can serve you, keep a record of your request, and improve its service. Some jurisdictions require all-party consent to record; the Business is responsible for any such notice. If you do not consent, please ask to speak with a person, or contact the Business directly by other means.

6. Not for emergencies

The Assistant cannot help with emergencies. If you have a medical, safety, fire, or other emergency, hang up and call 911 (or your local emergency number) immediately.

7. No professional advice

The Assistant does not provide medical, legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice. Anything it says is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Assistant is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neither the Business nor Manyger (its technology provider) will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising out of or relating to your use of the Assistant — including errors, inaccuracies, omissions, a missed or incorrect appointment or order, or reliance on information the Assistant provided. If something goes wrong, your remedy is to contact the Business so it can make it right. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be waived under applicable law, including non-waivable consumer-protection rights.

10. Changes and contact

The Business may update these terms from time to time; the current version always governs. For questions, corrections, to reach a person, or to opt out of AI interaction, please contact the Business directly. To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message.
