Integration · your DMs
Manyger works with Instagram
Keep Instagram. Manyger answers your phone, books the work and follows up with customers, working alongside it.
What comes across
What the connection actually moves
- The same AI that answers your phone answers Instagram and Facebook messages, in the language the customer wrote in.
- It books the appointment inside the conversation, collects a phone number, and texts the confirmation.
- DMs, texts and missed calls land in one inbox, so nothing sits unread in an app you forgot to open.
- Posts written and imaged in Manyger publish straight to your page, once you approve them.
What it doesn't
What this connection will not do
We would rather you know before you connect than find out after. Anything below stays wherever it lives today.
- No revenue or expense data comes from here. That arrives from a register or your accounting software.
- WhatsApp is not included. Meta paused the US marketing templates that follow-up messages depend on, so we do not offer it.

Connecting it
Two minutes, once
Open Settings in Manyger and connect Instagram. Most tools send you to their own sign-in page to approve the access, so we never see your password (Workiz takes an API key instead). Disconnect any time, and nothing already in Manyger is lost.
Keep Instagram. Add the receptionist.
Free for 2 weeks or 200 AI phone minutes, whichever comes first. No credit card.
