What comes across
What the connection actually moves
- Your sales come across, so revenue, margins and your daily briefing are built from real numbers instead of what you remember.
- Your items and prices come across as suggestions in Settings. Add the ones that belong on your menu, and the AI quotes your menu.
- Your customer list comes across and is matched by phone number, so a caller is recognised on the first ring instead of being asked who they are.
- Your past year of Square bookings comes across once, when you connect. New bookings are not synced either way, so the receptionist books into Manyger's calendar and does not check Square for conflicts.
- Hours worked come across, which is what turns a revenue number into an actual margin.
- A booking can pre-open a ticket on your register, so the front desk adds the tip and closes it out instead of ringing it in from scratch.
What it doesn't
What this connection will not do
We would rather you know before you connect than find out after. Anything below stays wherever it lives today.
- It does not carry your expenses: a register records what you sold, not what you spent. Connect QuickBooks or FreshBooks, or scan receipts in the app.
- Your staff list does not come across. Add your team once in Manyger, and the AI can book a customer with the person they ask for by name.
