Manyger works with Workiz
Keep Workiz. Manyger answers your phone, books the work and follows up with customers, working alongside it.
What comes across
What the connection actually moves
- Your Workiz jobs appear in the Manyger calendar and block double-booking.
- Bookings the AI takes are pushed into Workiz, so your dispatch board stays the one you work from.
- Job values come across as revenue, so your money numbers include the work Workiz already knows about.
- Your customer list comes across and is matched by phone number, so a caller is recognised on the first ring instead of being asked who they are.
What it doesn't
What this connection will not do
We would rather you know before you connect than find out after. Anything below stays wherever it lives today.
- Worked hours do not come across. Workiz exposes time off, not shifts, which is the wrong source for a labour cost. Connect a register or your accounting software for that.
- Expenses do not come from Workiz. Connect QuickBooks or FreshBooks, or scan receipts in the app.
- It does not carry your service menu. Set your services once in Manyger and the AI quotes from those.
- Your staff list does not come across. Add your team once in Manyger, and the AI can book a customer with the person they ask for by name.

Connecting it
Two minutes, once
Open Settings in Manyger and connect Workiz. Most tools send you to their own sign-in page to approve the access, so we never see your password (Workiz takes an API key instead). Disconnect any time, and nothing already in Manyger is lost.
Keep Workiz. Add the receptionist.
Free for 2 weeks or 200 AI phone minutes, whichever comes first. No credit card.
